The PHOA Board is pleased to announce that the Annual Meeting of the Homeowners Association will be held as follows:

This meeting is an important opportunity for all residents to stay informed and actively participate in the governance of our community. The primary topics of discussion will include:

Financial Update: A review of the Association's financial performance and budget projections.

Updates to the Covenants: An update on upcoming improvements to our governing documents, including updates to meet new Florida HOA laws, modernize our covenants, and better outline board operations.
