11-16-19: Formation announced at annual membership meeting. Initial members: Will Grissom and Ginny Vail.

04-29-21: Austin Stowers added to the committee. 

​

6-18-21: Owner of lot 26 contacted the board, advising of his plans to build a home on the lot. Plans were subsequently provided. Two revised sets of plans were submitted.

​

9/20/21: Plans were approved for Lot 26.

​

Revised plans were subsequently submitted due to a change in the location of the septic system. A public meeting was held which generated a request for more info from the lot owner.

​

The response was received, discussed at a second public meeting where it was approved.

​

1/11/22: Revised plans were approved and the lot owner notified.

​

2/18/22: Revised plans were approved for Lompoc Lot 24 during a public meeting. Lot owner notified.
