ASSESSMENT
Annual assessment of $100 per home is collected each year.

We have setup a checking account for the association for the deposit of assessment checks and the payment of monthly expenses, such as the monthly cost of operating the neighborhood streetlights.
The lights were activated Dec 2005.
The annual assessment of $100 is due January 1 of each year. Checks should be made payable to: 'Pasadena Hills Owners Association'. No assessments were collected for 2010, 2011, 2014, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2022.
We are conscious of the need to maintain sufficient funds to cover anticipated association obligations, but no more than that. To that end, we will review the need on an annual basis, to collect dues for the upcoming year.
NOTICE OF DUES TO BE COLLECTED OR NOT COLLECTED, WILL BE SENT IN DECEMBER OF THE PRECEDING YEAR.
