PUBLIC MEETINGS
All of our board meetings and Archtectural Control Committee meetings are open to all residents of
Pasadena Hills.
Near the conclusion of board discussions and prior to any vote, the floor will be open to any resident who wishes to comment. The time limit is 3 minutes and a sign up sheet is provided prior to the meeting.
Meeting notice will be sent by email or postal mail to all residents. It will also be posted on the website.

Please join your PHOA Board Members and fellow neighbors for our annual neighborhood meeting and picnic. Lunch and drinks will be provided.
We ask that all neighbors, if possible, bring a lawn chair.
