Outage

City of Tallahassee

will replace free of charge with an upgraded LED lamp.

The reporting desk is open from 6a - 11p daily. 

​

  • Call 850-891-4968. Once prompted , say "street light outage"

  • Once you answer yes/no to a survey requested, you are routed to a person.

  • They might ask for the pole number. Advise ours don't have numbers.

  • Provide the street and number of the home closest to the streetlight.

  • You will be provided with a TRACKING NUMBER.

  • They will advise that the repair will be completed within 14 days.

  • If not an LED light, it will be upgraded to an LED.
